| 31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Retired police officers who have been appointed as Special Police Officers |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 2within the City of Springfield under the authority provided through Chapter 133 of the Acts of |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 32018, shall not be subject to the same maximum age restrictions as applied to regular police |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4officers in the City of Springfield pursuant to chapter 32 of the General Laws. |

| 37 | 37 | | 6 SECTION 2. Retired police officers who have been appointed as Special Police Officers |
