Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Subsection (a) of section 3 of chapter 23K of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- 3At least 1 of the 5 commissioners shall be, upon appointment, a current full time resident of 4Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin or Berkshire county.
