| 29 | 29 | 2is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (ll) the following subsection:- | |
| 30 | 30 | 3 (ll1/2) If the department rejects a charter school’s request to amend its charter for the | |
| 31 | 31 | 4purposes of expanding the number of school districts specified in said charter, the department | |
| 32 | 32 | 5shall require a 3 year waiting period before the charter school may file another request to amend | |
| 33 | 33 | 6its charter for the purposes of expanding the number of school districts specified in said charter. |
