| 22 | 22 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 85W of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |

| 23 | 23 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 2-3, the words “ compensation, other |

| 24 | 24 | | 3than reimbursement for actual expenses” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- |
