2020 An Act to expand access for those living with younger onset Alzheimer’s, dementia and other
2121 disabilities.
2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2323 of the same, as follows:
2424 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any General or special law to the contrary, the
2525 2Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall request approval for an amendment to the MassHealth
2626 3Frail Elder home and community-based services waiver approved under authority of §1915(c) of
2727 4the Social Security Act. The amendment shall add Medicaid eligible individuals who are
2828 5disabled as defined by § 1614 of the Social Security Act to the eligibility criteria of the Frail
2929 6Elder waiver.
