The committee on Transportation, to whom were referred the petition 
(accompanied by bill, House, No. 3275) of Antonio F. D. Cabral and 
others for legislation to fund public transit expansion including the 
establishment of certain fees; the petition (accompanied by bill, House, 
No. 3285) of Michelle L. Ciccolo for legislation to allow municipalities to 
finance expanded transit options; the petition (accompanied by bill, 
House, No. 3397) of Steven Owens for legislation to establish a special 
commission on mobility pricing to investigate, study and make 
recommendations on the development and deployment of comprehensive 
and regionally-equitable 	public transportation pricing, roadway pricing 
and congestion pricing; and the joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, 
No. 3704) of Michelle L. Ciccolo and Michael J. Barrett (by vote of the 
town) that the town of Lexington be authorized to finance expanded transit 
services reports recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 
4577) ought to be adopted.

1 Ordered, That the committee on Transportation be authorized to sit during a recess of the 
2General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 3275, 3285, 
33397 and 3704, relative to transit and mobility pricing.
4 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
5and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
6recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
7on or before December 31, 2024.
