to age 18 or until graduation, reports recommending that the 
accompanying order (House, No. 4584) ought to be adopted

1 Ordered, That the committee on Education be authorized to sit during a recess of the 
2General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 457, 459, 482, 
3502, 503, 508, 511, 515, 518, 519, 521, 522, 523, 525, 526, 527, 540, 541, 572 and 3811, relative 
4to at-risk students, English language learners, school discipline, recovery high schools, special 
5education, accountability, assessments, and governance.
6 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
7and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
8recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
9on or before December 31, 2024.
