E. Kassner for an investigation by a special commission relative to the 
preparation of the built environment for the next economy, including an 
inventory of infrastructure, buildings, and land use regulations; and the

Vanna Howard for legislation to establish a blockchain-based limited 
liability company, reports recommending that the accompanying order 
(House, No. 4593) ought to be adopted.

1 Ordered, That the committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies be 
2authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of 
3House documents numbered 404, 405, 406, 410, 411, 412, 413, 414, 415, 418, 419, 420, 421, 
4424, 3566, 3822 and 3917, relative to LLCs, gaming, job creation and other related matters.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
6and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
7recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
8on or before December 31, 2024.
