By Representative Pignatelli of Lenox and Senator Mark, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule
12) of Smitty Pignatelli and Paul W. Mark that a certain portion of state highway Route 41 in the
town of West Stockbridge be designated as the Gene Dellea highway. Transportation.

An Act designating a portion of state highway route 41 in the town of West Stockbridge as the
Gene Dellea highway.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 The portion of state highway route 41 in the town of West Stockbridge from mile marker
223 to mile marker 24 shall be designated and known as the Gene Dellea Highway. The
3Massachusetts Department of Transportation is hereby directed to erect suitable markers along
4said highway bearing said designation in accordance with the standards of the department.
