| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first paragraph and inserting in place |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3thereof the following paragraph:- |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4 No child shall, except as hereinafter provided, be admitted to school except upon |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5presentation of a physician's certificate that the child has been successfully immunized against: |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6(a) diphtheria, (b) pertussis, (c) tetanus, (d) measles, (e) poliomyelitis, (f) human papilloma virus, |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7(g) hepatitis A, according to the schedule and dosage recommended by the centers for disease |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8control, and (h) such other communicable diseases as may be specified from time to time by the |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 9department of public health. |

| 38 | 38 | | 10 SECTION 2. Said section 15 of said chapter 76, as so appearing, is hereby further |

| 39 | 39 | | 11amended by adding the following sentence: - The department of public health shall promulgate |
