K. Muradian, Jr., relative to private sale requirements for used vehicles 
and requiring that the Registry of Motor Vehicles create and maintain an 
approved bill of sale form for use by private sellers; the petition 
(accompanied by bill, House, No. 3416) of John H. Rogers relative to the 
used vehicle record book; the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 
3431) of William M. Straus relative to license plate readers; the petition 
(accompanied by bill, House, No. 3445) of William M. Straus for 
legislation to further regulate technology used in automobiles; the petition 
(accompanied by bill, House, No. 3464) of David T. Vieira relative to the 
suspension or revocation of motor vehicle licenses for the failure to pay 
municipal fines; the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3469) of 
Tommy Vitolo relative to electronic toll payments; and the petition 
(accompanied by bill, House, No. 3706) of Rodney M. Elliott for 
legislation to authorize cities and towns to establish height and weight 
restrictions for motor vehicles on roadways within 500 yards of quarries or 
gravel pits, reports recommending that the accompanying order (House,

1 Ordered, That the committee on Transportation be authorized to sit during a recess of the 
2General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 3280, 3310, 
33387, 3416, 3431, 3445, 3464, 3469 and 3706, relative to transportation matters.
4 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
5and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
6recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
7on or before December 31, 2024.
