The committee on Emergency Preparedness and Management, to 
whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 734) of 
Peter J. Durant and others relative to requiring proof of vaccination against 
COVID-19 as a condition of entry, reports recommending that the 
accompanying order (House, No. 4717) ought to be adopted [Senator 
Fattman and Representatives Frost of Auburn and Vieira of Falmouth 
dissent].

1 Ordered, That the committee on Emergency Preparedness and Management be 
2authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of 
3House document numbered 734, relative to COVID-19 vaccinations.
4 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
5and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
6recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
7on or before December 31, 2024.
