| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 17J of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 |

| 29 | 29 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “children under the age |

| 30 | 30 | | 3of 18” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- any individual. |

| 31 | 31 | | 4 SECTION 2. Section 10G of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as so appearing, is |

| 32 | 32 | | 5hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “For children under the age of 18, the |
