2828 An Act to promote fairness between traditional public schools and regional vocational schools.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Notwithstanding the provisions of section 6 of Chapter 70 of the General laws, no
3232 2regional vocational school district shall receive an annual contribution from a member
3333 3municipality greater than the percentage increase appropriated for the member’s traditional
3434 4public school district’s annual budget percentage increase.
