Bill relative to the practice of acupuncture (House, No. 1120); the Bill to 
increase enrollment in affordable health plan networks (House, No. 1125); 
the Bill to help patients and reduce health care costs by ensuring patient 
adherence to medications (House, No. 1135); the Bill promoting consumer 
choice in health care (House, No. 1136); the Bill assuring prompt access to 
health care (House, No. 1140); the Bill relative to dual diagnosis treatment 
coverage (House, No. 1141); the Bill to prohibit cost sharing for opioid 
antagonists (House, No. 1142); the Bill relative to specialty medications 
and patient safety (House, No. 1144); the Bill removing barriers to 
behavioral health services (House, No. 1145); the Bill providing access to 
full spectrum addiction treatment services (House, No. 1146); the Bill 
relative to prescription drug pricing (House, No. 1148); the Bill to enact 
pharmacy benefit manager duties (House, No. 1155); the Bill relative to 
opioid use disorder treatment and rehabilitation coverage (House, No. 
1156); the Bill relative to telehealth and digital equity for patients (House, 
No. 3585); the Bill to ensure access to prescription medications (House, 
No. 3587); the Bill expanding access to mental health services (House, 
No. 4058); and the Bill relative to pharmacists as healthcare providers 
(House, No. 4066), reports recommending that the accompanying order 
(House, No. 4879) ought to be adopted [Representative Murray of Milford 
dissents].

1 Ordered, That the committee on Health Care Financing be authorized to sit during a 
2recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 
31087, 1093, 1094, 1108, 1120, 1125, 1135, 1136, 1140, 1141, 1142, 1144, 1145, 1146, 1148, 
41155, 1156, 3585, 3587, 4058 and 4066, relative to prescription drugs, opioids, telehealth and 
5mental health issues.
6 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
7and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
8recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
9on or before December 31, 2024.
