| 32 | 32 | 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section 1 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2020 is hereby | |
| 33 | 33 | 2amended by striking out the words “not later than 5 years after the effective date of this act” and | |
| 34 | 34 | 3inserting in place thereof the following words: “on or before January 22, 2028”. | |
