2828 An Act to extend the time for the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses in the town of

3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section 1 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2020 is hereby
3333 2amended by striking out the words “not later than 5 years after the effective date of this act” and
3434 3inserting in place thereof the following words: “on or before January 22, 2028”.
3535 4 SECTION 2. This act shall be effective upon its passage.
