Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 15 of Chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking lines 50 and 51, and inserting in place thereof the 3following:- 4 “The collector may, in his discretion, waive such interest, charges and fees, up to 50% of 5the total tax liability for any given tax period.”
