An Act allowing the town of Williamstown to expand age eligibility for senior property tax 
exemption.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. The Town of Williamstown is hereby authorized, by vote of Town Meeting 
2to reduce the age for eligibility for the senior property tax exemption in clause 44(c) of section 5 
3of chapter 59 of the General Laws below the permitted age of 65 or older.
