The committee on Health Care Financing, to whom were referred    
the Bill establishing senior psychologist licensure (House, No. 248); the 
Bill relative to soldiers' home eligibility for certain national guard 
members (House, No. 3496); the Bill concerning equitable allocation of 
recovery proceeds for subrogation claims (House, No. 4362), and the 
petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1178) of Mark J. Cusack 
relative to health care claims reciprocity clarification, reports 
recommending that the accompanying order (House, No. 5015) ought to 
be adopted.

1 Ordered, That the committee on Health Care Financing be authorized to sit during a 
2recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 
3248, 1178, 3496 and 4362, relative to senior psychologist licensure, soldiers' home eligibility and 
4other health care financing issues.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study 
6and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such 
7recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives 
8on or before December 31, 2024.
