1 Ordered, That the committee on Health Care Financing be authorized to sit during a
2recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered
32319, 2327, 2349, 2350, 2371, 2372, 2404, 4654 and 4656, relative to medical parole, health care
4for incarcerated persons, and opioid issues.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
6and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
7recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
8on or before December 31, 2024.
