| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2Trial Court shall establish a sick leave bank for Eric J. Iwaniec, an employee of the Department. |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3Any employee of the Department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4days to the sick leave bank for use by Eric Iwaniec. If Eric Iwanieci terminates employment with |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5the Department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time in the sick leave |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6bank shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank. Sick leave bank days shall not be |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the establishment of the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8sick leave bank as determined by the Department. |

| 37 | 37 | | 9 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
