2626 An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Eric J. Iwaniec.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts
3030 2Trial Court shall establish a sick leave bank for Eric J. Iwaniec, an employee of the Department.
3131 3Any employee of the Department may voluntarily contribute 1 or more sick, personal or vacation
3232 4days to the sick leave bank for use by Eric Iwaniec. If Eric Iwanieci terminates employment with
3333 5the Department or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank, any remaining time in the sick leave
3434 6bank shall be transferred to the extended illness leave bank. Sick leave bank days shall not be
3535 7used for absences unrelated to the illness or disability that necessitated the establishment of the
3636 8sick leave bank as determined by the Department.
3737 9 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
