(accompanied by bill, House, No. 2502) of Carol A. Doherty and James K.
Hawkins for legislation to require administrators of certain retirement
plans of employees of subdivisions of the Commonwealth to disclose
conflicts of interest, reports recommending that the accompanying order
(House, No. 5135) ought to be adopted [Senator Fattman dissents].

1 Ordered, That the committee on Public Service be authorized to sit during a recess of the
2General Court to make an investigation and study of House document numbered 2502, relative to
3retirement plans.
4 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
5and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
6recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
7on or before December 31, 2024.
