An Act to increase special 	education circuit breaker reimbursement from 75% to 90%.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official 
2Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (c), the number “75”, and inserting in 
3place thereof the number “90”.
