2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 5 of Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official
3232 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the word "public," following the word "approved" in the
3333 3second paragraph, line number 29, and further by deleting the language "April 1", in line number
3434 438, and replacing the same with the language "March 1".
