2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION 1. Section 7A of chapter 71 is hereby amended by adding at the end of the
2929 2fourth paragraph, the following new sentence:-
3030 3 Provided, said school committee shall consider as an alternative the purchase of monthly
3131 4transit passes in accordance with section 5 of chapter 161A prior to advertising for or inviting
3232 5bids for a contract.
