| 30 | 30 | | 2 Section 2 of Chapter 70B is hereby amended by changing the definition of “Capital |

| 31 | 31 | | 3construction project” to the following:- |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 “any capital project, other than a major reconstruction project, for the construction, the |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5enlargement or original equipping of any public schoolhouse, including any facility used as a |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6public preschool program as defined by Section 1A of Chapter 15D, in any city or town, or a |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7project for the renovation or partial renovation of an existing structure for use as a schoolhouse; |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8or the renovation or partial renovation of an existing schoolhouse.” |
