| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 15 of chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2is hereby amended by striking out the third paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 32 paragraphs:- |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4 All schools, whether public, private, or charter, that provide education to children in any |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5combination of grade levels from kindergarten to grade 12, inclusive, shall annually report to the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6department total numbers of children who are successfully immunized in accordance with |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7section 15 of chapter 76 and who are exempted from immunization requirements. The |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8department shall designate the methodology for reporting. |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 9 The department shall annually publish and make publicly available aggregate |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 10immunizations and exemptions data for each school and school district, provided, that publishing |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 11and making publicly available such data shall not be required if it would result in disclosure of |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 12personal information as defined in section 1 of chapter 93H or otherwise violate applicable 2 of 2 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 13privacy laws. The department may also publish data by municipality, county, or other geographic |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | 14designation, or otherwise in its discretion. |
