The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act to expand virtual school eligibility for school choice students. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 370 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by adding the following section: 2 Section 11 3 Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, students 4enrolled in a school choice program, as established by section 12B of chapter 76 of the 5Massachusetts General Laws, may enroll in a virtual school operated by the accepting school 6district.
