2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Chapter 25C of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
3030 2 Section 10. An internet service provider providing internet service to a household
3131 3receiving a benefit under the federal Affordable Connectivity Program shall, if the household is
3232 4an existing customer of the internet service provider prior to receiving the benefit, provide
3333 5internet service to the household receiving the benefit without interruption or delay in existing
3434 6service.
3535 7 The department shall promulgate regulations for the implementation and enforcement of
3636 8this section.
