| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 Chapter 25C of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2 Section 10. An internet service provider providing internet service to a household |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3receiving a benefit under the federal Affordable Connectivity Program shall, if the household is |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4an existing customer of the internet service provider prior to receiving the benefit, provide |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5internet service to the household receiving the benefit without interruption or delay in existing |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6service. |

| 35 | 35 | | 7 The department shall promulgate regulations for the implementation and enforcement of |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8this section. |
