Ayers relative to authorizing and directing the Division of Waterways to dredge the harbor area 
surrounding the Squantum Yacht Club and Wollaston Yacht Club in the city of Quincy.

An Act relative to the Division of Waterways to dredge Quincy Bay.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 91 of the General Laws shall be amended by adding the following section:-
2 Section 64. The director of the division of waterways in the department of environmental 
3quality engineering shall dredge the natural channel that exists between the Squantum Yacht 
4Club, the Wollaston Yacht Club and Quincy Bay. The channel serves as a designated emergency 
5route for evacuation by the United States Coast Guard and is used for the expedited transfer of 
6Quincy Bay accident victims to medical treatment facilities.
