2828 An Act waiving sporting, hunting or fishing license fees for people who use a wheelchair as their
2929 primary source of mobility.
3030 Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to
3131 authorize waiving sporting, hunting or fishing license fees for people who use a wheelchair as
3232 their primary source of mobility, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law,
3333 necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
3434 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3535 of the same, as follows:
3636 1 Section 11 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
3737 2is hereby amended by inserting after the word “paraplegic”, in lines 42 and 43, in each instance,
3838 3the following words:- or person who uses a wheelchair as their primary source of mobility.
