2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the office of
3232 2consumer affairs and business regulations shall permit septic installers to hook up to a piping
3333 3stub of 6" or more measured from the exterior wall of a buildings foundation or footing.
