An Act relative to DCR retained revenue.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 1. Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2016, in line 12 of item 2810-2042, is amended by 
2inserting after the words "aforementioned fees;" the following: "provided further, that youth 
3permit fees shall not be included in this section".
