| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a group |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2marketing plan approved and in effect pursuant to section 193R of chapter 175 of the General |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3Laws during calendar years 2020 to 2024, inclusive, may be approved upon renewal |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4notwithstanding that less than 35 percent of its members are insured during said calendar years |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 52024 to 2030, inclusive, respectively. |

| 34 | 34 | | 6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on passage. |
