2626 An Act preserving the competitiveness of group auto and homeowners insurance plans.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, a group
3030 2marketing plan approved and in effect pursuant to section 193R of chapter 175 of the General
3131 3Laws during calendar years 2020 to 2024, inclusive, may be approved upon renewal
3232 4notwithstanding that less than 35 percent of its members are insured during said calendar years
3333 52024 to 2030, inclusive, respectively.
3434 6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on passage.
