An Act relative to the length of wiretap warrants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Paragraph 2 of Subsection I of section 99 of chapter 272 of the General 
2Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word 
3“fifteen” and inserting in place thereof the following:- thirty 
4 SECTION 2. Paragraph 2 of Subsection 2 of section 99 of chapter 272 of the General 
5Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the word “fifteen” and inserting in 
6place thereof the following:- thirty
