An Act further regulating Sunday overtime wages.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 6 of chapter 136 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, on page 844, as amended by section 5 of
3chapter 121 of the acts of 2018, the words "one and four-tenths", and inserting in place thereof
4the following words:- "one and one-half".
5 SECTION 2. Said section 6 of chapter 136 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
6hereby amended by striking out, on page 846, as amended by section 10 of chapter 121 of the
7acts of 2018, the words "one and four-tenths", and inserting in place thereof the following
8words:- "one and one-half". 2 of 2
9 SECTION 3. The second paragraph of section 16 of said chapter 136 of the General
10Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, as amended by section 15 of chapter
11121 of the acts of 2018, the first sentence.
12 SECTION 4. Sections 6 to 9, inclusive, of said chapter 121 are hereby repealed.
13 SECTION 5. Sections 11 to 14, inclusive, of said chapter 121 are hereby repealed.
14 SECTION 6. Section 16 of said chapter 121 is hereby repealed.
15 SECTION 7. Section 32 of said chapter 121 is hereby amended by striking out the
16numbers 6 and 11.
17 SECTION 8. Section 33 of said chapter 121 is hereby amended by striking out the
18numbers 7 and 12.
19 SECTION 9. Section 35 of said chapter 121 is hereby amended by striking out the
20numbers 8 and 13.
21 SECTION 10. Section 36 of said chapter 121 is hereby amended by striking out the
22numbers 9, 14, and 16.
