2828 Resolve reviving and continuing the non-emergency human services transportation task force.
2929 1 Resolved, that the task force established in section 134 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021
3030 2is hereby revived and continued to December 1, 2026.
3131 3 The task force on non-emergency human services transportation established in section
3232 4134 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021 is hereby revived and continued; provided, however, that
3333 5the task force shall file its final report and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of
3434 6legislation necessary to carry those recommendations into effect by filing the same with the
3535 7clerks of the senate and house of representatives, the house and senate committees on ways and
3636 8means, the joint committee on transportation, the joint committee on children, families and
3737 9persons with disabilities, the secretary of health and human services and the secretary of
3838 10transportation not later than December 1, 2026; and provided further, that the task force may
3939 11make a draft of its final report available to the public for comment before filing it as provided
4040 12herein.
