An Act relative to collective bargaining dues.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after subsection (a)(6), the following 
3subsection:-
4 “ (7) Refuse to provide payroll deduction for membership dues as authorized by 
5employees represented by the Exclusive Representative.”
