2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014
3232 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after subsection (a)(6), the following
3333 3subsection:-
3434 4 “ (7) Refuse to provide payroll deduction for membership dues as authorized by
3535 5employees represented by the Exclusive Representative.”
