| 28 | 28 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 2commissioner of the department of developmental services shall include fetal opiod drug |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3exposure and addiction under the definition of Closely Related Developmental Conditions as |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4defined under 115 CMR 2 and 115 CMR 6.06(1). |

| 34 | 34 | | 5 SECTION 2. The commissioner of the department of development services shall at their |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6discretion include additional diagnosis as part of the definition of closely related developmental |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 7condition. |
