An Act to address mental health and substance use needs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 official edition, is hereby
2amended by adding the following section:-
3 There shall be a mental health and substance use disorder grant program established
4within the department of mental health for the purpose of addressing increased mental health and
5substance use needs.
