An Act relative to Massachusetts solar access law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 3 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting in line 101, after the words "or welfare.", the following:- 
3 A damage to the above listed "public health, safety and welfare" shall be proven in a 
4court of law by local authorities that seek to restrict the use of solar systems attached to 
5permanent buildings.
