An Act relative to tobacco harm-reduction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 28(b) of Chapter 270 of the General Laws is hereby amended by
2inserting after the word "consumption" the following words:- or to any tobacco product that
3receives an order from the United States Food and Drug Administration under U.S.C., chapter
4387j or an order under chapter 387k (g).
