2828 An Act relative to postpartum depression screening.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 10N the
3232 2following section:-
3333 3 Section 10O. The division shall provide coverage of screenings by pediatricians for
3434 4postpartum depression in parents of newly born children during any visit to a pediatrician’s
3535 5office taking place for up to 1 year from the date of the child’s birth.
