2828 An Act modernizing lottery payment options.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 24 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
3232 2is hereby amended by striking the word “agents”, in line 17, and inserting in place thereof the
3333 3following words:-
3434 4 “agents; provided, further, that said restriction shall not govern the transmittal of lottery
3535 5information and sales for the purpose of facilitating point of sale transactions”.
