30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

31 | 31 | | 1 Section 122B of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official |

32 | 32 | | 2Edition, shall be amended by inserting the following language at the end of the section: |

33 | 33 | | 3 Notwithstanding any special law or regulation to the contrary nothing in this section shall |
---|
34 | 34 | | 4be deemed as requiring a company outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be |
---|
35 | 35 | | 5required to be licensed under this section. Said companies shall be entitled to sell and deliver |
---|
36 | 36 | | 6inert ammunition components to persons properly licensed to possess or purchase ammunition |
---|
37 | 37 | | 7under sections 129B or 131 of this chapter, through the internet, U.S. Mail or by any other means |
---|
38 | 38 | | 8common to interstate commerce. All deliveries of ammunition under this paragraph, whether in |
---|
39 | 39 | | 9person or by common carrier, must require the signature of the licensee and photographic |
---|
