2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2929 of the same, as follows:
3030 1 Chapter 127 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby
3131 2amended by inserting after section 87 the following section:-
3232 3 Section 87A. Subject to appropriation, every inmate of a correctional institution or any
3333 4other penal institution in the commonwealth shall be provided the ability to make domestic
3434 5telephone calls at no cost to the inmate or the receiving party.
