| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby |

| 34 | 34 | | 4all department driver licensing offices, make written information available to all applicants at |

| 35 | 35 | | 5department driver licensing offices, and provide information on the department web site |

| 36 | 36 | | 6regarding commonwealth investigative or law enforcement officers’ searches of driver’s license |

| 37 | 37 | | 7and ID photos through targeted face recognition. The notices, written information, and online |

| 38 | 38 | | 8information must address how officers' use and access targeted face recognition in criminal |
