| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 93 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 114 the |

| 34 | 34 | | 4in the commonwealth shall clearly and conspicuously disclose, on product packaging, the |

| 36 | 36 | | 6 "To assure safety, the Federal Government requires that cell phones meet radio frequency |

| 37 | 37 | | 7(RF) exposure guidelines. If you carry or use your phone in a pocket or the phone is otherwise in |

| 38 | 38 | | 8contact with your body when the phone is on and connected to a wireless network, you may 2 of 2 |

| 39 | 39 | | 9exceed the federal guidelines for exposure to RF radiation. Refer to the instructions in your |
