An Act extending veterans retirement buyback opportunities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. The first sentence of the fourth paragraph of subsection (h) of section 4 of 
2chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “four years 
3provided” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 10 years; provided.
4 SECTION 2. The third sentence of the fourth paragraph of subsection (h) of section 4 of 
5chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “five years guard 
6service or five years active reserve service” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 4 
7years guard service or 4 years active reserve service.
